What a credit does

One credit is one post or one Homer summary. Turn a task into a LinkedIn or X post, that’s one credit. Ask Homer for an appraisal summary or interview pitch, that’s one credit.

How many you get

Free gives you 5 credits, one time, so you can try it. Pro and Annual welcome both give you 50 credits every month.

Use them or lose them

On Pro and Annual welcome, your 50 credits reset each month. Unused credits don’t roll over, so use them.

The things people ask before paying

What do I get for free?
The whole planner: your hours, calendar sync, the 80% cap, the timer, the day close and your weekly timesheet. Plus 5 AI credits, one time, so you can try posts and Homer before you pay anything. Exporting timesheets and sharing them by link comes with Pro and Annual welcome.
Are the AI features live?
Yes. Spotlight and Homer are both live today. Pick a plan and you can use them straight away.
What’s the Annual welcome?
A one-time offer for the first 25 people: all of Pro for a full year at $24.99, with 50 AI credits every month. Once the 25 seats are gone, the offer closes. If you got one, your price stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed.
What counts as one credit?
One LinkedIn or X post, or one Homer summary. So 50 credits is 50 of those, every month.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. On Pro and Annual welcome you get 50 fresh credits each month, and anything you don’t use that month goes away.
Can I export my timesheets on Free?
You can see your timesheet on Free. Exporting it as Excel or PDF, and sharing it by link, comes with Pro and Annual welcome, with no limit on exports.
Which calendars do you read?
Google Calendar and Outlook, read-only. Cupkey pulls in the meetings you can’t move so it can plan around them. It writes nothing back until you switch on two-way sync yourself.
Can I move the 80% cap?
Yes, in settings, and day by day if you want. 80 is the default because the last bit of a day is what absorbs the surprises. Move it wherever you like and Cupkey will still tell you the moment you cross it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from settings, without emailing anyone. Monthly plans run to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Is Free going to get worse later?
No. Planning is the heart of Cupkey and it stays free. Things that cost us money to run, like the AI and exports, come with paid plans. Nothing that’s free today moves behind the paywall.
